I needed a puff and a pill so badly while walking home just now.

just needed it so badly.

because those things were attacking my brain again. all those irritating infestations running around in circles. there were just so many of them I couldn’t stop them. I went white while jay-walking across the main road. just freaked out for a moment and ran across and made it before a bus got any closer to me.

I don’t like going white.

so I’m gonna control it. and keep it in there. and not let it out. until it disappears. or at least until it subsides.
