too happy today. not only did I witness the effort I put in pay off, but I also felt appreciated once again, and I learnt to appreciate as well. (:

I... cannot put into exact words how I felt the entire day, but if I were to say so, I'd say I started off today really unenthusiastic, not expecting much, and heartbroken. really, truly, heartbroken.

but then everything went up up up and I was just so so thankful for the people I have around me all the time. I'm a year older, and I've learnt new things, and I've learnt to appreciate the things that I have.

I'm a happy 18-year-old right now on my birthday. I really am. (:
